Spending hours admiring eclectic art and products that ooze design has been one of the reasons for tired feet during my travels. On one such trip to Barcelona, while nattering over endless cups of brew and biscotti, I finally knew that I needed a creative outlet for all things beautiful.
Two years and a baby later, I decided to start My Red Palette to showcase design ideas that make life beautiful. The blog is a culmination of my love for writing and good design. I wanted to share my appreciation of creativity in photography, art, textiles, books and pieces of my own life. As I enjoy and treasure the magical moments with my little one, my blog will review unique products for parents and their little ones.
Call me trigger happy, but I cant help but capture things that awe me through the lens of my camera. And then the thrill of rushing home to sift through the photos I’ve taken. I’ll admit, not all the photos are frameable, but between the many snaps that I’ve clicked, there’s always that one shot that captures emotion and design so perfectly.
