As much as we wish to reduce the usage of paper around us, some of it we use to make our lives colourful. So here is a company that I totally recommend if you’re looking for anything ‘paper’.
This Delhi based company has some delightful stationery like gift envelopes, gift tags and kids stationery like notecards and name labels. The company was founded by Krisha Seth and Yamini Gandhi. Both Krisha and Yamini were educated in the arts. Krisha specialised in packaging design at the School of Visual Arts, New York, and also did a course on App Development at Fashion Institute of Technology. Yamini on the other hand did a course in Fine Art at the Atelier deBeaux Arts de la ville de Paris, France.
I spoke with the founder Krisha Seth, who shares some cool facts about herself.
Which is your favourite type of paper?
Cold pressed cotton paper
What is your favourite font?
Milton for script fonts, Didot for serif fonts
Where do you draw inspiration for your designs?
It’s usually the ordinary everyday things: nature, architecture, textiles.
There were particular products that I really loved. For example, the sibling notecards are so adorable. The designs are eye-catching. I would love to get them personalised for my little ones! The kids’ gift tags are great to attach to a birthday gift and can be customised with happy little messages.
They also have gift-wrapping paper in sweet little prints. From outer space wrapping sheets to ballerinas, cupcakes, cars and ice cream, the company really knows how to woo the kiddy audience.
I am also in love with their digital birthday invites. The creative use of fonts, colours make each of their designs so chic.
They have a whole range of back-to-school supplies too – book labels, name labels, personalised spiral doodle books, to name a few.
Another favourite product for me is the kids personalised mugs. The prints on these mugs are so cool – ballerinas, unicorns, monsters and dinos. These cute mugs would make perfect gifts for fussy milk drinkers! They have a section on return gifts and favours coming along. Can’t wait to see what they have curated.
