Ask any kid and their go-to pair of sandals are usually Crocs. These versatile foam shoes manufactured by an American footwear company based in Broomfield, Colorado is a universal favorite.
The original sandal design was made by Andrew Reddyhoff as a slip-resistant foam boat shoe that could float, making it suitable for various water activities. The three founders Scott Seamans, Lyndon Duke Hanson and George Boedecker Junior launched Crocs in 2022 to produce and distribute the shoe. They were initially skeptical about the design, but after careful review they acquired the design rights from Andrew Reddyhoff’s Foam Creation, which became the foundation of the Crocs shoe today.
Over 20 years, the brand has reached every part of the globe.

Crocs come in a myriad of shades. They are practical, rough and tough, great for rainy days and sunshine, super comfy and everything that you can ask for in a sandal.
While kids Crocs are definitely more popular, the brand also makes shoes for adults – both men and women.

My favourite from the new season is the Crush Clog which my daughter recently bought. I was initially a bit apprehensive about her walking in heels, but when I saw my daughter Saira walk around so comfortably in these high-heel Crocs, I was delighted.
I love how kids can add personality to their Crocs through the Jibbitz. My daughter picked up some very cute Jibbitz from a Singapore based company called My Foot Candy which makes some adorable croc charms for little ones.

My son is a huge fan of Super Mario so I got him some of the Mario characters to dress up his shoes. He also decided to add his favorite character Sega to the mix. I love how he coaches me on why he loves these characters so much.
